Pregnant Mom packing Hospital Bag with Checklist by Flourishing Postpartum

Why a Hospital Bag Checklist is so helpful

As a mama who packed her hospital bag at 1am between contractions. I HIGHLY suggest getting your packing list and starting early. Plus as the third trimester progresses you may get a bit more uncomfortable. As a postpartum doula I would recommend packing your hospital bag at the beginning of the third trimester. Then if you’re missing items, you have time to purchase them.
