When you Realize Your Baby is Actually here

Have You Ever…Looked at your baby and realized they are actually here. When Evie and Poppy arrived it was surreal. Here were our babies. Before that moment they were only an idea. We didn’t know what they would look like or their little personalities. ⁠They were only these two little beings who moved around in my belly.

I kept looking at them and thinking, I have TWO BABIES! I had to convince myself they were actually here.⁠ It all happened so fast, my water broke and 4 hours later they were here. My brain and body hadn’t caught up!
