Ingredients:

– 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– ½ cup whole wheat flour

– ½ cup ground flaxseed

– ½ cup brewer’s yeast

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– ½ teaspoon baking soda

– ½ teaspoon salt

– ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

– ½ cup coconut oil

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

– ½ cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, ground flaxseed, brewer’s yeast, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, coconut oil, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
