A Scrunchie For Breastfeeding Your Wrist Is The Best Tip
Mama Tip
Mama tip of the week, use a scrunchie for breastfeeding. Wearing a scrunchie on your wrist is fashionable right now, right? Find one that you love and use it to your advantage. Wear it to keep track of which breast you need to feed on.
I had one breast that produced more milk than the other so I tried to alternate which breast Evie and Poppy fed on. Well trying to remember in the middle of the night who was supposed to be on which side, impossible! I was barely able to keep my eyes open, let alone recollect what happened three hours earlier in the dark. I started using a scrunchie on my wrist for my hair and decided to alternate wrists to keep track of where Poppy needed to feed next.
It worked like a charm. Plus if I needed to pull my hair back during the feeding I had my scrunchie ready! Then at the end of the feeding I would place it on the opposite wrist. Mama this is an easy tip that creates one less thing you have to think about! I know the list is long already so I hope this one helps.
